Abbott Lodge Jersey Ice Cream
We produce over 30 flavours of ice cream made from the milk from our Pedigree Jersey Cows. Choose from the 16 flavour display cabinet in our converted gin case tea room.
Ice Cream Logs and chocolate coated bombs are also available to order.
Step 1
I use milk from our cows, which is pasteurised with the cream and base mix ingredients.
Step 2
I then draw off the pasteurised mix in 3 or 6 litre lots to prepare each different flavour, adding the fresh fruit and remaining ingredients.
Step 3
This mix is poured into the batch freezer producing the final product of delicious fresh dairy ice cream in over 16 flavours!
